چکیده

This work is aimed at using the technogenic raw materials of Kovdorsky GOK for production refractory materials. Currently, many researchers are engaged in development technologies unshaped The most demanded among them concrete. They able to set and harden low temperatures with formation structures that retain their characteristics when heated. In our work, concretes were obtained from a briquette based on forsterite concentrate waste GOK. Magnesium phosphate cement was used as binder. As result research, grain composition charge selected, ratio filler binder improve structural properties concrete found, effects temperature heat treatment physical technical shown. Concretes have following characteristics: bulk density 2170-2260 kg / m3, strength up 50 MPa (at 25°C), volume change after 450-1000°C 1-2%. Recovering by manufacture will lead qualitatively new use non-renewable natural resources, reduce rate depletion mineral subsoil, eliminate sources environmental pollution restore land occupied waste.

Investigation of the effect of phosphate agent type on setting time, flowability, hydration and dehydration of magnesium phosphate cement.

Magnesium phosphate cements (MPC) are the most developed kind of chemically bonded ceramics which form through the reaction of magnesium oxide and soluble phosphate salts. Therefore, study of different magnesium phosphate cement systems is considered important according to the type of phosphate agent used. In this study, effect of mono-ammonium phosphate (MAP), di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), and ...

Preparation and characterization of a degradable magnesium phosphate bone cement

A kind of degradable magnesium phosphate bone cement (MPBC) was fabricated by using the mixed powders of magnesium oxide (MgO), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) and calcium dihydrogen phosphate (Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O). As MgKPO4, the main product of MgO and KH2PO4 was alkaline, the Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O was added to neutralize the alkali of the system. And the effects of Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O on the performa...

MODELLING STUDIES OF MAGNESIUM-DEPENDENT PHOSPHATE ESTER PROCESSING ENZYMES by

Chapter 1. Magnesium-dependent phosphate ester processing enzymes frequently employ a carboxylate-bridged dimetallic unit in their active sites. Biomimetic modelling chemistry of these magnesium centers has not been investigated previously. An brief introduction of the enzyme systems is presented, along with the focus of the present work. Chapter 2. Several dimagnesium(II) complexes were synthe...

Effect of Magnesium Oxide Particle Size and the Filler Content on Magnesium Potassium Phosphate Cement Properties

The radioactive aluminium waste generated by the VVR-S nuclear reactor decommissioning after nearly 15 years from shut-down is represented as low and intermediate radioactive waste and is divided as activated and contaminated aluminium metal. To realize a conditioning matrix for radioactive aluminum is necessary to study alternative cementitious systems such as magnesium potassium phosphate cem...
